Infused water has been my favorite for many years now. I always catch myself reaching for more of it during the warmer spring and summer months because it is perfectly hydrating and very helpful for getting your best skin. Staying Active in Lorna Jane

Staying active and being healthy are two very important things to me. When you treat your body well, it treats you well. I try to maintain a diet filled with veggies, fruits, seafood, healthy oils, nuts and various other super foods like maca and acai powder, and no matter how busy I am, I always make time to workout even if it’s just for 20 minutes at home. A big change I have made recently to my diet is going gluten free and it’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve never felt better!
